Virtual therapy for women and teens throughout Illinois ready to understand their patterns, strengthen their relationships, and feel more like themselves.
You may look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside, everything feels loud.
Overthinking. People-pleasing. Emotional exhaustion. Relationship patterns you can’t seem to break. Carrying responsibilities that leave little room for yourself.
You’ve learned how to keep going. Therapy can be a space to slow down, understand what’s underneath it all, and begin creating something that feels more like you.
Areas I Support
Relational and developmental trauma, attachment wounds, shame, people-pleasing, and patterns that developed as ways of surviving.
Late-diagnosed ADHD, executive functioning challenges, overwhelm, shame, rejection sensitivity, and navigating life in a world that may not fit the way your brain works.
Overthinking, perfectionism, burnout, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, and difficulty feeling grounded or in control.
Attachment patterns, relationship anxiety, people-pleasing, self-abandonment, communication, and learning to set boundaries without losing yourself.
The emotional impact of chronic illness and pain, medical trauma, uncertainty, grief, changing abilities, body image, identity, and adjusting to life in a body that may not always feel predictable.
A nonjudgmental, sex-positive space for current and former sex workers and people working in or adjacent to the sex industry, including navigating stigma, boundaries, relationships, privacy, burnout, and identity.
My work centers women who are tired of surviving on autopilot. I support clients navigating trauma, identity shifts, parenting stress, ADHD, and relationship patterns that no longer align with who they’re becoming.
I believe therapy should be a space where you can be honest about what’s actually happening beneath the surface. Together, we can explore how past experiences, chronic stress, and relational patterns have shaped the way you think, respond, and connect with others — without reducing you to a diagnosis or a collection of symptoms.
My approach is warm, relational, and grounded in curiosity. I want you to feel supported while also having space to notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, understand where they came from, and begin making different choices.
You don't have to become a completely different person. Therapy can help you feel more like yourself.
Ready to feel more like yourself?
If you're looking for a therapist who can help you make sense of the patterns you're carrying and create space for something different, I'd love to hear from you.
