You may look like you’re functioning on the outside, but inside everything feels loud — overthinking, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, relationship patterns you can’t seem to break, and carrying responsibilities that leave little room for yourself.

My work centers women who are tired of surviving on autopilot. I support clients navigating trauma, identity shifts, parenting stress, and relationship patterns that no longer align with who they’re becoming.
I provide virtual therapy through Grove Counseling Center, based in downtown Downers Grove, Illinois. I work as part of a collaborative clinical team, which allows for thoughtful coordination of care and a strong ethical foundation while still maintaining an individualized, relational approach with each client.
In sessions, I prioritize creating a space that feels steady, attuned, and supportive. My work is grounded in understanding how past experiences, chronic stress, and relational patterns can shape the way we think, respond, and connect with others—and how those patterns can be gently shifted over time.
